As you start your journey through the content, there are 3 things I'd like you to have in mind:

You can download the workbook for the entire course where you'll find all the practical written exercises mentioned on the videos. 

3. Schedule time

This program works best if you dedicate a consistent effort over a period of time. I would recommend you deciding on how much time you'll dedicate to it in advance, and schedule that time on your agenda accordingly.
