Ready to EMBRACE a new way of living?

Sometimes, a fresh perspective or a single moment of connection can spark profound transformation.

Through proven therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and storytelling, you can move beyond what’s holding you back and create meaningful, lasting change.

Life’s challenges—from anxiety and depression to heartbreak and uncertainty—don’t have to define you. I’ve navigated these struggles myself, choosing to rewrite my story and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Along the way, I’ve found tools, insights, and practices that have helped me grow into a more fulfilled and resilient person.

This space is designed to offer you that same opportunity: to explore, grow, and create the life you envision. Together, we’ll uncover new perspectives, break through barriers, and help you take confident steps toward the future you deserve.

Why Choose Me as Your Psychotherapist?

My life has been a journey of exploring what it means to live a fulfilling and authentic life.

As a licensed clinical and counseling psychologist, I specialize in cognitive neuroscience, narrative therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Alongside my formal education, I’ve been deeply curious about the spiritual dimensions of our existence. Years of practicing yoga, meditation, and mindful living have shaped my understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I have also explored the transformative potential of psychedelics for personal growth, always guided by a commitment to safety and self-awareness.

This holistic perspective informs my belief that true healing requires addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit as an integrated system.

Through my own pursuit of meaning and alignment, I’ve experienced diverse cultures and reflected on what truly matters to us as human beings. I’ve learned to discern between inherited expectations and genuine authenticity, embracing my own mistakes and life’s challenges as opportunities to grow.

My approach is deeply human and relational. I strive to create a space where we can connect heart-to-heart, offering support that extends beyond the boundaries of a virtual session. Together, we can explore your unique story and uncover the path that feels most true and fulfilling for you.

What To Expect

Ana's approach to online therapy

Science-based strategies

Understanding how our brain works and how it connects with the expression of the mind and consequent behaviours, is an important part in the process of change. Awareness, and a deeper understanding of your mind-body system, give you the key to a healthier relationship with yourself and the circumstances of your life.

This means there is no one-strategy fits all. How you are wired physically, and how you have learned to navigate through life, will dictate your individual process.

Mindfulness practices

Self-care for the mind is essential when dealing with life's turbulences. When you're pealing the potatoes, are you really pealing the potatoes or are you in your own distanced mind-world? When you're living your everyday life - your life - where are you? Are you really there, or are you elsewhere?

To find yourself, and show up for life, as a matter of honour and respect, can be a life-long practice. One to become in a constant, ever effortless state of being.

Storytelling techniques

Because how you perceive your life story has a great impact on how you talk to yourself. Ultimately, how you talk to (and about) yourself determines what you chose to do. Self-talk influences your everyday choices and the stories you keep repeating or the stories you create.

Narrative and storytelling therapy techniques can help you break your negative patterns and give you a fresh perspective for new paths and new stories.

Don't take just my word for it

See what Rachel has to say about working with me.

Ana’s advice and techniques have transformed my mindset completely. When we started working together, I had spent years unsuccessfully trying to adopt new habits, manage my time, and commit to my goals and passions, feeling like life (and my dreams) were passing me by. Through Ana’s guidance, I’ve become so much more self-aware, grateful, mindful, and definitely happy! I shifted from feeling stuck and in “escape mode” at my corporate job, whilst constantly distracted and stressed when spending time with my toddler, to gaining tremendous clarity over my goals (personal and business), making personal development a part of my daily routine, and finally managing my time effectively. Changes which I thought could only be accomplished with an enormous upheaval of my circumstances actually only took some subtle and consistent work, which continues to yield amazing results.

Ana’s work has been invaluable in helping me to step out of my own way, and allow myself to be truly happy right now – exactly as I am, whilst also feeling satisfied that I’m creating the future of my dreams.
