I have struggled with depression and anxiety from a young age and have found a way to live differently. At the age of 30, I decided to change radically and packed my bags to live a different life in a different country. Heartbreak after heartbreak, I have still kept the courage to continue to love. And because curiosity makes me want to see life from different perspectives, I have changed jobs countless times -from the yoga studios in Stockholm to the offices of some of the biggest companies in Scandinavia around the world.

Over the years, I have found people, ideas, theories, and practices that have helped me become a more fulfilled human being.
In this space, I'm creating the opportunity to share what I have learned and help you also to create your life as you intend to live it.

Awareness, and a deeper understanding of your mind-body system, give you the key to a healthier relationship with yourself and the circumstances of your life.

This means there is no one-strategy fits all. How you are wired physically, and how you have learned to navigate through life, will dictate your individual process.

Self-care for the mind is essential when dealing with life's turbulences. When you're pealing the potatoes, are you really pealing the potatoes or are you in your own distanced mind-world? When you're living your everyday life - your life - where are you? Are you really there, or are you elsewhere?

To find yourself, and show up for life, as a matter of honour and respect, can be a life-long practice. One to become in a constant, ever effortless state of being.

Because how you perceive your life story has a great impact on how you talk to yourself. Ultimately, how you talk to (and about) yourself determines what you chose to do. Self-talk influences your everyday choices and the stories you keep repeating or the stories you create.

Why Me As Your online therapist?

My life is an experiment on understanding the pursuit of happiness.
I became a licensed clinical and counselling psychologist and specialised in cognitive neuroscience, narrative/storytelling, and cognitive-behavioural therapies.

Besides my formal education, I have been curious about our existence's spiritual aspects and have practised yoga and meditation for several years now, and have experimented with psychedelics for personal development purposes. Today, it's clear that the mind, body, and spirit are part of a holistic and integrated system that needs to be treated as such.

In the search for a life that felt fulfilling and aligned with my ideals, I have experienced different cultures with a curious perspective about what is most meaningful for us as human beings and understand the difference between generationally inherited noise and genuine authenticity.

My heart is open to embrace my many mistakes, and I welcome life's suffering with a willingness to learn from every experience.
I like to think I have a human-to-human approach in my work and always strive to offer support beyond virtual therapy's physical limitations. I want to feel connected, heart-to-heart.
